Ethics and Code of Conduct
In order to fulfill our organizational missions and achieve its goals which are to support the exports of the Islamic Republic of Iran in compliance with the relevant laws and regulations, We, the employees of the Export Guarantee Fund of Iran, consider the important role of providing best services to our clients as our target aim and believe that meeting their export needs and their satisfaction is our top priority. Therefore, to promote and maintain the clients’ international trade position and boost their export potentials within the framework of the Fund’s administrative capacities, we feel committed to the following matters:
  1. Pay attention to the observance of order and discipline in carrying out all activities and organizational duties on time.
  2. Be persistent and serious in performing duties and responsibilities and do them accurately, correctly and at its best proper time.
  3. Keep our knowledge up to date and prioritize administrative and organizational activities with increasing our ability and initiatives.
  4. Value new ideas and thoughts and try to implement them in a logical way.
  5. Increase the efficiency of the administrative system by increasing the efficiency of our field of activities.
  6. Make our best efforts to protect the facilities, equipment of the Fund’s logistic system and try to use them effectively and optimally.
  7. Carry out our activities and interactions with the clients without discrimination irrespective of their kinship, ethnics, gender, race, religion, etc. and do not consider such subjective issues in relation to our decisions and actions.
  8. Have a spirit of accepting criticism and consider the constructive criticism of others as an opportunity to improve ourselves and improve our capabilities.
  9. Consider the pleasure of obeying the principles of Islam in good conduct and pay full attention to what God commands or forbids and consider as the observer of our deeds in the Fund.
  10. Try to create a positive image of the executive and the administrative system of the Fund in the minds of our Clients as rightful citizens by establishing proper communication and providing them with best service. 
  11. Provide fair and quick timely service to our clients within the framework of laws, regulations and rules of the Fund with a view to remove and minimize obstacles.
  12. Present the necessary and appropriate information and guidance to the clients with utmost clarity and transparency.
  13. Clarify the legal demands within the framework of our duties with accuracy, credibility and speed with minimum administrative formalities or additional costs.
  14. Respect our clients in welcoming them at all times and listening patiently to their needs and always try to be ready for a fruitful conversation with them.
  15. Pay attention to the opinions, suggestions and feedbacks of potential and real clients as a valuable resource for improving the Fund’s performance and logical accountability.
  16. Pay attention to ethics of the Fund’s personnel and orderliness of their workplace.
  17. Making our best efforts to improve the culture of honoring clients, accountability, problem solving and to turn this into a principle ruling value in the administrative system of the Fund and other administrative bodies as a best model entity to achieve organizational excellence.
  18. Strengthen the spirit of team work in ourselves and accept participation in group activities in all departments of the Fund.
