Membership of the Export Guarantee Fund of Iran in the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC)
Seyed Amir Borhani, Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of the Export Guarantee Fund of Iran, announced the approval of the Fund's membership in the Iranian Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
According to the Public Relations of the Export Guarantee Fund of Iran, Mohammad Khazaei, Secretary-General of the Iranian Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), congratulated the membership of the Export Guarantee Fund of Iran in the Iranian Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce to Mr. Borhani. He expressed hope that with support and joint cooperation, the Iranian Committee would organize more extensive activities at the international level and bring them to the implementation stage.
The CEO of the Export Guarantee Fund of Iran stated that the International Chamber of Commerce is one of the largest international organizations that aims to promote economic development, expand international economic interactions, facilitate foreign trade, increase exports, and approve international regulations. He added that the Export Guarantee Fund of Iran has joined this committee due to its expertise and technical capabilities in various areas of credit insurance. Among these capabilities are coverage of political and commercial risks of export contracts, coverage of political risks of foreign investment projects, assistance in financing exporters of goods and services, and membership in international credit insurance associations such as Berne Union and the Association of Insurance of Credit.
